# 11. Team

### Our Approach to Team Disclosure <a href="#our-approach-to-team-disclosure" id="our-approach-to-team-disclosure"></a>

Hero Arena Play's team is currently **pseudonymous** but committed to a phased disclosure path:

1. **Pre-IDO:** Full team KYC verified by an independent KYC provider such as Assure DeFi or Solidproof.
2. **Post-TGE (within 6 months):** Doxxed (real-name) disclosure of the founding team, with verified LinkedIn profiles.
3. **Ongoing:** Each new team member of significance is announced with public bio, prior experience, and (where possible) verifiable LinkedIn.

We chose this path because Web3 has well-documented risks for individuals with public crypto-project association, and we will not subject team members to public exposure until a credible KYC verification stands behind them. For the same reason, we will not publish unverifiable claims about the team's prior experience until KYC confirms them.

### Core Team

The team below operates under verified pseudonyms during the pre-IDO phase. Each member listed will complete independent KYC verification before TGE, with KYC certificates published on this page and on the Launchpad listing.

#### Sil — Founder & CEO

Sil has been active in Web3 since 2019, contributing to multiple GameFi and DeFi protocols before founding Hero Arena Play. Drives the project's overall vision, Launchpad strategy, and tokenomics design.

#### Alex — CTO & Lead Smart Contract Engineer

Alex is a Solidity engineer with 6+ years of EVM development experience, with prior production deployments on BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Polygon. Author of Hero Arena Play's NFT, vesting, marketplace, and Wager Battle contracts.

#### Ziting — Game Director & Designer

10+ years in turn-based strategy and TCG game design. Designed Hero Arena Play's 5-AP system, faction asymmetry, and balance framework.

#### Lumen — Art Director

5+ years in 2D illustration and game art. Defines Hero Arena Play's visual identity across factions, NFT collections, and marketing materials.

#### McFee — Head of Community & Marketing

Background in Web3 community management and GameFi marketing. Leads Hero Arena Play's player acquisition, social channels, and launchpad-period communications.

### How to Verify the Team <a href="#how-to-verify-the-team" id="how-to-verify-the-team"></a>

Once KYC is complete:

* **KYC certificate** will be linked from this page and from the Launchpad listing
* **Multi-sig signer addresses** will be published with name attribution
* **GitHub commit history** for the smart contracts is publicly visible — any community member can audit code authorship
* **Team token vesting addresses** will be published; community can verify on BscScan that team tokens remain locked according to the vesting schedule

### Team Commitment

Beyond contractual vesting, the founding team has committed to:

* **Self-imposed selling restrictions** beyond the 12-month cliff: no team member will sell more than 25% of their unlocked tokens in any 6-month period, even after the cliff ends
* **No allocation top-ups** during the bull market — team's 15% allocation is fixed at TGE and cannot be increased
* **On-chain vesting addresses** publicly identified at TGE so community can monitor compliance
